In Brief: Britons log on for 30 hours a week

THE average British person spends 30 hours a week online,according to a new survey.

Research conducted for uSwitch.com showed 93 per cent of peopleshop online and 82 per cent bank over the internet. Only 33 per centdo not use the internet at work.
